Service Updates in Response to COVID-19
*May 13, 2020 Update:
The book drop reopened May 12, 2020. *Patrons are not required to return their books at this time. Returns are optional, and due dates will continue to be extended until further notice. Please do not return items if you are feeling unwell.
The Radium Hot Springs Public Library will soon be offering curbside holds pick up through our Library Takeout Service as it begins to gradually restore services after COVID-19 closed its doors in March. See our Library Takeout page for more information.
Beginning May 19, 2020, library patrons will be able to pick up books and other materials through the contactless curbside pickup service.
On March 16, 2020, the Radium Library closed its doors for an indefinite period of time in an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19. In addition to closing our facility, we have cancelled all in-library programming and ceased the lending of any physical materials — including Interlibrary Loans — until further notice. Our drop-box is currently closed, and we encourage our patrons to hold on to any library materials until we are able to re-open. No late fees will be incurred. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all work together to take the necessary measures to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
