The Radium Library offers free exam invigilation services to the public. Priority is given to those who reside in our service area.
Scheduling an Exam
Call 250-347-2434 or contact us to submit a request to book an exam. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee you a booking. The Exam Proctor will check availability and will contact you to set up your exam. Please provide a phone number that you can be reached at when you submit a request.
Exams should be scheduled with the library at least a week before they are to be written. It is the student’s responsibility to contact their institution and have them send any exam-related documents to the library. The student is also responsible for contacting the library before their exam to ensure all the exam materials are ready. Please ensure any accommodations you have requested from your institution are noted in the exam package
The library can accommodate written and online exams. Please specify which type when booking your exam. Exams will be held in the Library Program room.
Exam Times
Exams may be written any day the library is open, depending on room availability. Exams can start a half hour after the library is open, and must be finished a half hour before the library closes.
