We are fortunate to have a strong partnership with the Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy – Windermere Valley.
The Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy (CBAL) is a not-for-profit literacy organization that provides a wide range of programs and services. Their 16 Community Literacy Outreach Coordinators are focused on helping their communities learn and grow through literacy.
The Radium Hot Springs Public Library and CBAL have a strong partnership, and work together on many programs and initiatives.
